Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a friendly Clinic Administrator for their Upper Hutt clinic. You will support clinicians, manage daily scheduling, and handle patient enquiries with a strong focus on service quality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising and delivering excellent customer care in a healthcare setting. You will work in a collaborative team, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a smooth patient journey from first contact to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing/admin role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills in a busy front-dofhouse environment.
• Full, valid NZ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinician diaries for efficient scheduling.
• Liaise with ACC to invoice, register claims and reconcile payments.
• Process client payments and maintain banking records.
• Manage debtor control.
