Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success in the Beef market across the Taranaki/Whanganui region. You will prospect, demonstrate Halter's farming technology, close deals, and own the full sales cycle with farmers and grazing groups.

This on-site role requires travel within the territory, deep beef industry knowledge, and a collaborative approach with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to deliver value and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High-performing value-based salesperson with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience upselling to grow partnerships within beef operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of post-sales value building.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Maintain relationships post-sale for onboarding and deployment.
