Job summary

Halter in Northland, NZ seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth and deliver customer success for farmers and graziers. You will lead sales, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground across the beef sector.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams, travel regularly, and contribute to Halter’s mission to enable productive, sustainable farming. This role is based in Northland with regular travel.

Qualifications

Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
Experience in post-sales value building and upselling to grow partnerships.
Familiarity with beef operations or strong willingness to learn rapidly.
Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success.
Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect and expand by sourcing new leads and managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
Hit growth targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product, and negotiating contracts.
Maintain ongoing relationships for customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with regional teams to align on field insights and customer needs.
Lead end-to-end onboarding and provide field feedback to product and support.
