Halter is hiring a Business Development Executive for the coastal Taranaki region to drive growth and customer success. You will lead on-the-ground sales efforts, build relationships with farmers, and convert opportunities from lead to close, while representing Halter in the field.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Support teams, travel locally as needed, and pursue ambitious growth targets. A hunter mentality and farm sector experience are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Experience in farm systems or agricultural sector.
• Proven ability to grow new business and own end-to-end sales cycle.
• Motivated, proactive, and team player.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Willing to travel within coastal Taranaki.

Responsabilidades

• On-farm sales meetings to understand needs and communicate value.
• Prospecting and building a pipeline of farms.
• Screening inbound leads and qualification.
• Forecasting with Regional Sales Manager to enable revenue planning.
• Collaborating with Product and Support teams to align field insights.
• Other duties as required from time to time.
