Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and ensure customer success in North Canterbury, NZ, with regular travel within the region. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close while aligning with Product, Support and regional teams to deliver value to farmers.

You’ll work hands-on to build relationships, expand Halter’s presence in beef operations, and champion field feedback to shape product and deployments.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a history of creating opportunities, closing deals and building lasting relationships.
• Experience or strong passion for beef industry operations and farm dynamics.
• Willingness to travel within territory and manage field activities with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and expand within your territory, managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit high-growth sales targets through product demos, proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships, support onboarding and ensure successful deployment of Halter solutions.
• Own territory relationships with regional agricultural groups and drive adoption of Halter’s technology.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and R&D to relay field insights for product improvements.
• Serve as a primary on-the-ground Halter representative to customers and prospects.
