Job summary

Halter in New Zealand is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and ensure customer success across the King Country/South Waikato region. This role requires proactive field work, frequent travel, and close collaboration with Product and Support teams to deliver Halter’s sustainable farming solutions.

You will build long-term relationships with beef producers, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and work with cross-functional teams to tailor Halter’s offerings to customer

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Passion for beef industry and farm operations.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and support.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and contracting with customers.
• Manage ongoing customer accounts and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
• Own territory relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Assist in customer onboarding and deployment of Halter.
• Gather field feedback with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve customer issues.
