Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success in your designated region in New Zealand's Canterbury. You’ll execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and aim for ambitious targets as Halter’s on-the-ground representative.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support and regional sales teams, travel regularly within the Northern Mid Canterbury area, and work to help farmers adopt Halter’s cattle-management technology to improve productivity and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer-success experience in B2B environments.
• Beef industry knowledge or a strong willingness to learn the farm ops context.
• Autonomy and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand by sourcing leads, referrals, and events, managing from lead to close.
• Hit high-growth sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships for satisfaction and renewal.
• Own onboarding and deployment to ensure customer value and adoption.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D to share field insights.
