Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the Matamata–Taupō region who will drive growth and customer success for Halter’s farming technology. You will expand the customer base, manage relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value for farmers.

You’ll travel within your territory daily, build strong relationships with beef producers, and help scale Halter’s disruptive farming solutions across the beef market.

• Beef Industry Experience: understanding beef operations or willingness to learn.
• Territory Management: able to manage a large territory with sales and customer success focus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting & Expansion: source new leads, manage full sales pipeline to close.
• Hitting Sales Targets: meet growth targets through qualification, product demos and contract negotiation.
• Customer Account Management: maintain relationships post-sale and assist onboarding.
• Territory Ownership: build relationships with regional agricultural groups within beef industry.
• Customer Onboarding: assist end-to-end experience during onboarding and deployment.
• Field Learnings & Feedback: gather customer insights and share with Product/R&D.
• Collaborating with Support Teams: work with support to resolve issues and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
