Job summary

Halter is hiring a Territory Manager to drive growth and ensure customer success across Australia. You’ll execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious targets as the on-the-ground representative for Halter’s farming technology.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support and regional sales teams, travel frequently within your territory, and help farmers adopt Halter’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with opportunity creation and deal-closing.
• Beef industry experience or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proactive attitude, energy, and accountability.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and customer success.
• Resourceful, quick-thinking, cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand by sourcing leads and managing the full sales pipeline.
• Hit high-growth sales targets through qualification, product demos, and negotiation.
• Maintain customer relationships post-sale for ongoing satisfaction and onboarding.
• Own territory and foster relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Assist end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment of Halter’s solutions.
• Gather field feedback and share insights with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
