Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Northern Canterbury/Kaikoura region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground with farmers and industry partners.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Support to ensure customer success, provide field insights, and travel regularly to cover the territory. The role is remote-based with on-site travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with the ability to create opportunities and close deals.
• Experience upselling to grow partnerships.
• Beef Industry experience or strong understanding of cattle farming is preferred.

As a Territory Manager at Halter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, all while acting as Halter's on-the-ground representative. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will prioritise daily efforts that optimise growth performance and drive value for your customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and other regional sales teams, you'll share field insights to ensure Halter's technology continues to meet the needs of farmers. Your contributions will directly support Halter's mission to support 50% of the world's habitable landmass to be more productive and sustainable.

This role is based in the Northern Canterbury / Kaikoura region and will require regular travel.
