Westpac New Zealand Ltd is seeking a friendly concierge for Ōpōtiki's Banking Hub. This part-time, permanent role is 19 hours per fortnight with a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, Tuesday to Friday 9.45am–2.30pm.

You will welcome customers, book appointments and help users get the most from banking technology. No banking experience is necessary; a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Energetic and proactive customer service mindset.
• No banking experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to explain the banking hub concept and assist customers with technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
• Explain the banking hub and how it can make life easier for customers.
• Be a tech guru and help customers get the most out of banking technology.
• Educate customers on mobile options and self-service technology.
• Manage customer flow and prioritise their needs at the front of house.
