Westpac New Zealand Ltd is seeking a friendly concierge for Ōpōtiki's Banking Hub. This part-time, permanent role is 19 hours per fortnight with a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, Tuesday to Friday 9.45am–2.30pm.
You will welcome customers, book appointments and help users get the most from banking technology. No banking experience is necessary; a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for customer service are essential.

We’re on the hunt for a friendly and proactive concierge to join our team at the Banking Hub in Ōpōtiki! As a joint initiative by the six biggest retail banks in New Zealand, we’re all about providing top-notch service to our customers under one roof. You’ll be the face of the operation, welcoming customers, booking appointments, and making sure they have an awesome experience. No banking experience necessary - just a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn!
As a successful candidate, you’ll be employed by Westpac (the managing bank for Ōpōtiki) and will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers and banking technologies. If you’ve got previous customer service experience and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
