Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a friendly concierge for the Ōpōtiki Banking Hub. This part-time role (19 hours per fortnight) operates on a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, Tue-Fri 9:45am-2:30pm. You’ll greet customers, book appointments, and help clients access banking technology.

No banking experience is required—just a passion for service and a willingness to learn. You’ll be employed by Westpac and work in a modern hub serving diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn banking technology and explain mobile options to customers.
• Comfortable on your feet all day in a front-of-house role.
• Strong ability to manage customer flow and prioritise needs in a busy hub.
