Job summary

TRC Toyota Whanganui is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Service Team. You will work closely with our workshop to ensure vehicles are serviced on time, help keep the workflow moving, and keep customers informed about their service needs and progress.

In this role you will also be responsible for invoicing jobs accurately, handling busy periods with a positive attitude, and delivering exceptional service to every customer.
