Rotorua Toyota is seeking a friendly, organised Service Administrator to join our busy service team in Rotorua. This full-time role places you at the first point of contact for service customers, helping make their experience easy, efficient and enjoyable.

You’ll work closely with technicians and the service team, coordinating bookings, invoicing and general administration while keeping customers informed about progress.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their Service experience
• Coordinating service bookings
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle and service progress
• Working closely with technicians and Service team
• Assisting with invoicing, payments and general administration
• Answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and by email
• Ensuring every customer receives a friendly and professional experience
