Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage service bookings.
• Prepare repair orders and capture customer requirements.
• Liaise with technicians regarding servicing, repairs and progress.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Obtain authorisation for additional work when required.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and service documentation.
• Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Assist with warranty and administration processes where required.
