Job summary

Rotorua Toyota is seeking a friendly, organised Service Administrator to join our busy Service team in Rotorua. You’ll be the first point of contact for Service customers, coordinating bookings and keeping them updated while supporting invoicing and general administration.

You don’t need automotive expertise; full training will be provided and there are opportunities to develop within a large Toyota group. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role in our on-site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good computer and administration skills are required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• NZ Driver Licence and permanent NZ residency are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their Service experience.
• Coordinating service bookings and updates with customers.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle and service progress.
• Assist with invoicing, payments and general administration.
• Answer customer enquiries in person, on the phone and by email.
• Work closely with technicians and the Service team.
