Building Surveyor / Contracts Manager (MCIOB)
Job summary
A leading claims management firm seeks a Building Surveyor / Contracts Manager to manage a portfolio of property damage claims in the Greater London / South East regions. The role involves overseeing the reinstatement of claims and collaborating with Loss Adjuster colleagues. Ideal candidates will have a BSc Hons and be MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified.
Qualifications
- BSc Hons qualification in a relevant field.
- MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified preferred.
- Experience in property damage claims management.
Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of property damage claims.
- Project manage the reinstatement of damage claims.
- Collaborate with Loss Adjuster colleagues.

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Contracts Manager to handle a portfolio of property damage claims in the Greater London / South East regions on a 'project managed' basis, acting for key clients.
You will work alongside your Loss Adjuster colleagues and project manage / oversee the reinstatement of property damage claims.
Ideally, you will be BSc Hons, MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified.
