As the Shopping Center Manager, you will lead the local community, managing people and teams, driving business development, and ensuring that group standards are met. Acting as the first “Steen & Strøm voice” fronting local stakeholders, you will serve as a local leader representing our values and ambitions.

What will your key responsibilities be?
Manage center routines, general assemblies, administrative agendas, and relationships with partners and providers.
Ensure compliance with maintenance, security, safety, Steen & Strøm standards, and local regulations, leveraging our internal tools.
Set up and manage the center budget, proposing asset improvements with a continuous focus on Opex and Capex optimization.
Guarantee Steen & Strøm’s level of commitment (as defined in leasing contracts) is met and up to date.
Implement procedures for effective management of the center’s suppliers, in accordance with contracts.
Who are you?
We believe you tick these personal qualities and skills:
Proven ability to build a customer experience strategy in the retail industry.
Strong background in hospitality management, business development, marketing strategy, and merchandising.
Knowledge and ability to coordinate with professionals in property engineering, real estate development, event management, audit, and retail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
