Job summary

Rambøll in Norway is seeking a Project Manager for Power Systems to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships across borders. You will oversee technical and commercial aspects, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic, global setting.

The role offers flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on sustainable change within a foundation-owned firm. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/energy/power systems engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in energy projects.
• Proven client-facing track record and cross-country collaboration.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• PM certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, ensuring scope clarity and safeguarding interests.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other units for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities with quality assurance.
