Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Systems division in Norway. You will lead cross-border teams, deliver high‑voltage design and engineering, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will collaborate with internal leads and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently. We value strong leadership, Norwegian and English proficiency, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, power systems engineering, or related field.
• Background in energy industry with recent project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Serve as key client interface, clarify scope and manage client interests.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities, including QA.
