Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S in Norway is seeking a Project Manager for the Power Systems department to lead HV design projects, collaborate with clients and internal engineers, and drive delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams across borders, and ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards while building lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/energy/power systems engineering.
• Recent PM experience in the energy sector.
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder skills.
• Proven client-facing track record.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tools.
• Norwegian and English proficiency.
• PM certification (e.g., PMI) is a plus.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering.
• Serve as key client interface with clear scope understanding.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other areas.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers across borders.
• Support site activities including QA.
