Rambøll is seeking a Project Manager in Norway’s Power Systems sector to lead cross-border teams, manage client relationships, and drive delivery of HV design projects. You will coordinate with internal leads and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, power systems engineering, or related field.
• Background from the Energy industry with recent PM experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, ensure scope clarity, safeguard client interests, and build long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
• Support site and field activities, follow-up and quality assurance.
