Job summary

A degree in electrical or power systems engineering and strong communication skills in Norwegian and English are essential; PMI

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in electrical/energy/power systems engineering or related field.
• Strong background in Energy sector with recent project management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management, across countries and disciplines.
• Experience in client-facing roles and delivering value; PMI certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, ensure clear scope and build long-term partnerships.
