Rambøll is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Oslo to lead power systems projects, coordinating with clients, internal engineers, and global experts. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management across disciplines and borders.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or power systems engineering.
• Experience in energy sector with project management leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across countries.
• Client-facing experience, trust-building, delivering value.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• PM certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as client interface—safeguard client interests and build partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with adjacent business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, aligning with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers across borders and foster collaboration.
• Support site and field activities with follow-up and QA.
