Rambøll seeks a Project Manager for Power Systems in Norway to lead multidisciplinary teams across client projects. You will drive delivery of HV design, manage client interfaces, and oversee commercial aspects while mentoring engineers in a dynamic, cross-border setup.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or related field.
• Strong project management experience in energy/power systems.

• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• PMI certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV power system design.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure scope and value.
• Oversee tendering, contracts, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other areas.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote cross-border collaboration.
• Support site activities and quality assurance.
