Ramboll in Norway seeks a Project Manager – Power Systems to lead multidisciplinary teams across HV design and engineering. You will manage client interfaces, coordinate tendering, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The role spans across Norway with flexible remote options. We value strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on electrical engineering knowledge, with a track record in energy projects and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, power systems engineering, or related field.
• Background from the Energy industry role, with strong, recent experience in a Project Management position.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across countries and disciplines.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of building trust and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary project teams, including both local and global experts, to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions.
• Acting as a key client interface - ensuring clear scope understanding, safeguarding client interests, and building long-term partnerships.
• Overseeing tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinating with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective, and reliable solutions.
• Managing technical and commercial aspects of projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment across borders.
• Supporting site and field activities, including follow-up and quality assurance.
