Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/energy/power systems engineering or equivalent.
• Strong PM experience in the energy sector, preferably power systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across local and global experts.
• Serve as key client interface to ensure clear scope and value delivery.
• Oversee tendering, contracts, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other units for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, aligning with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site activities and quality assurance.
