Job summary

Wakuli in the Netherlands is seeking an Area Manager for West NL to lead our Store Managers across Rotterdam, Leiden and Den Haag. You will shape store operations, coach leaders, and drive regional growth as we open 12 new stores in 2027.

This hands-on role requires 8+ years in hospitality or retail with 3+ years multi-site experience, English fluency, 38 weekly hours, and weekly regional travel. You’ll partner with Marketing and Product to boost revenue and store standards, with travel expenses

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hospitality/retail with 3+ years multi-site management.
• Coaching managers to own results and develop teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch a strong plus.
• Availability of 38 hours/week and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers across West NL and oversee Multi Store Managers.
• Coach leaders to improve store results and maintain standards.
• Grow the region with new store openings and ramp-up support.
• Manage wage cost, budgets, and store standards in collaboration with Marketing and Product.
• Partner with Marketing to implement campaigns in stores.
