Job summary

Wakuli is seeking an Area Manager to lead Store Managers across East NL, including Utrecht, Amersfoort, and beyond. You will coach leaders, drive store performance, and build scalable operations as we open 12 new stores in 2027.

Expect hands-on leadership in stores, with 38 hours per week and travel across the region. You bring 8+ years in hospitality/retail, 3+ years in multi-site roles, and a proven ability to develop teams and hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hospitality or retail, including 3+ years in multi-site management.
• Proven track record coaching managers to own their results.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Availability of 38 hours/week, including weekends when region needs it.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel across your region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers across East NL and the five Multi Store Managers, with their teams.
• Coach leaders to grow stores’ performance and build scalable playbooks for new openings.
• Grow the region by opening new stores and supporting ramp-up and training.
