Job summary

Wakuli is expanding and seeks an Area Manager to lead Store Managers in East NL and guide a team of Multi Store Managers, with hands-on coaching in stores. You’ll drive regional performance, hire key roles, and shape playbooks for scalable store operations.

You’ll oversee a growing region from Utrecht to Groningen, mentoring leaders, managing wage costs, and partnering with Marketing and Product to boost store revenue. This is a high-impact, field-based role starting Jan 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching managers to own their results.
• Strong leadership with a track record of growing teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers across East NL and supervise Multi Store Managers.
• Spend 90% of time on ground coaching and supporting stores.
• Develop succession plans and training progression across stores.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to drive regional revenue.
• Open 12 new stores in 2027 and grow regional team accordingly.
