Job summary

Wakuli is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Store Managers across East NL, coaching leaders to own results and expand our store network. You’ll be hands-on in stores, guiding performance, succession, and playbook development as we open more locations through 2027.

You’ll work with Marketing and Product to drive revenue, maintain store standards, and foster a strong, ambitious team culture across 170+ colleagues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hospitality or retail.
• 3+ years in multi-site management.
• Coaching managers to own results.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers across East NL and oversee 5 Multi Store Managers.
• Spend 90% of time in stores coaching, supporting growth and performance.
• Develop succession plans and build a scalable store operating model.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to drive revenue and campaigns.
• Hire for key roles and ensure effective onboarding.
