Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the Market Insights Team for Europe and Israel. You will collect and qualifying leads across channels, collaborate with Marketing, Solution and User growth teams to uncover market opportunities and feed AI product pipelines.

In this role you will grade leads, distribute them to Account Executives, and help build a healthy sales pipeline by engaging prospects via events, reports, blogs, social media, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology-related business development, SDR/Inside Sales, or lead generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling and delivering professional sales pitches.
• Metrics-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably with high-tech products/services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline.
• Conducting high level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts.
• Outbound telesales: making outgoing phone calls to potential prospects to pitch solutions in order to convert leads into customers and close deals over the phone.
• Achieving monthly & quarterly quotas of Meetings Generated and Qualified Opportunities.
• Develop your sales skills, market understanding, solutions knowledge and customer approach to generate valuable business opportunities.
• Attend training and coaching regularly and adopt proven selling methodology.
