Job summary

At Atlassian, we’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Amsterdam team. You will own outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and contribute to enterprise pipeline while delivering a delightful customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with Enterprise Advocates and Marketing, work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator, and use AI tools to boost research and outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years SDR/Inside Sales experience required.
• Fluency in English; German or another European language is an advantage.
• Experience communicating with prospects and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and quota carrying to build pipeline.
• Qualify leads through outreach to engage decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging.
• Articulate the product value to customers.
