Job summary

Optiply is seeking an AI-powered Prospector to be the first contact point for e-commerce and retail leaders. You will blend smart outreach, data-driven targeting, and AI-assisted prospecting to fill the pipeline for Account Executives.

In this role you’ll qualify leads, conduct discovery to quantify impact, and stay on top of market trends to inform strategy. Hybrid work and strong training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or outreach role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
• Strong communicator across channels with the ability to engage prospects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize prospects using AI tools and data signals.
• Build targeted, personalized multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Test messaging, timing, and channels to improve results.
• Qualify inbound leads to ensure a genuine fit for the pipeline.
• Conduct discovery conversations to quantify operational and financial impact.
• Stay sharp on industry trends and feed insights back to strategy.
• Keep CRM clean, accurate, and actionable.
• Plant seeds for long-term relationships with prospects.
