Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Sales Development Representative for Enterprise Emerging Markets. This is a remote role, with location eligibility in the UK or Netherlands.

You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to build a strong pipeline while delivering a great customer experience. You should be fluent in English, with 1–2 years in SDR or inside sales and a keen eye for AI-enabled efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years SDR or inside sales experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for outbound prospecting in a quota-carrying role.
• Qualify business leads through proactive outreach and research.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging.
• Articulate the value proposition of Atlassian products.
• Write personalized emails and build pipeline with Enterprise teams.
• Utilize Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator.
