Job summary

Atlassian in a remote role is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Strategic Benelux/Nordics to drive outbound pipeline and qualify leads. The role focuses on the Benelux and Nordics markets, reporting to the Sales Development Manager in EMEA.

You will engage executives with personalized outreach and use AI-enabled research to improve efficiency. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or Nordics language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years SDR/Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Public sector experience is a bonus.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or Nordics language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting; quota carrying; convert to pipeline.
• Qualify leads via cold calls, emails and research to engage decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging.
• Articulate product value to customers.
• Write personalized emails to delight customers.
• Build pipeline with Enterprise teams and use tools to enhance research.
