Job summary

At Atlassian, this remote role allows you to work from the UK or NL while collaborating with Account Executives to build and nurture mid-market pipeline, delivering a delightful customer experience.

You will qualify leads, conduct multi-channel outreach, and partner with marketing and operations to develop lead-generation strategies. Prior SDR experience isn’t required, and fluency in English and German is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German; Polish or Turkish additionally preferred.
• Accountability: you are the highest performer in everything that you do.
• Communication: clear, intentional, and curious; people want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and quota carrying; build pipeline into opportunities.
• Qualify leads through proactive outreach and research.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to engage decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations to develop lead-gen strategies.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging; articulate product value.
• Engage with prospects and write personalized emails.
• Build pipeline with Enterprise Advocates and Enterprise Marketing teams.
• Use Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator.
