Job summary

At Atlassian, this remote SDR role is open to candidates located in the UK or NL. You will partner with Account Executives to build a healthy pipeline and drive outbound prospecting across the Mid-Market segment, while aligning with Sales Operations and Marketing teams.

Fluency in English and German is required; Polish or Turkish fluency is a plus. You will work with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator to nurture leads and close deals.

• Fluent in English and German. An ideal candidate will also be fluent in Polish OR Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for outbound prospecting and meeting pipeline targets.
• Qualify leads through proactive outreach and research.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to engage decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners and operations on lead generation.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging and articulating product value.
• Build pipeline with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Advocates.
