Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a strategic Named Account Executive for Public Sector Netherlands. You will be the primary Salesforce representative for Local Government accounts across municipalities, provinces, and public service bodies in the Netherlands.

You will own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close, build executive relationships, and collaborate with multiple teams to co-create solutions tailored to public sector needs. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales outperformance in Public Sector Netherlands.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions with direct/indirect channels.
• Knowledge of Dutch government procurement and digital transformation agendas.
• Ability to navigate long, consensus-driven buying cycles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Executive presence and strong communication.
• Self-starter with commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for Local Government accounts in the Netherlands.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to customers' digital transformation priorities.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across Salesforce platform products.
• Build executive-level relationships with CxOs, digital transformation leads, procurement officers, and IT leaders.
• Collaborate with BDRs, SEs, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners to tailor solutions.
• Lead complex procurement processes, including Tender/RFPs, and forecast pipeline and renewals.
• Represent Salesforce at industry events and government networks in the Netherlands.
• Advocate Salesforce vision through demos, events, and account initiatives.
