Leadout Capital is seeking a driven Named Account Executive for the Public Sector Netherlands to lead the full sales cycle across Local Government accounts. You will cultivate executive relationships and drive multi-year strategies that align with digital transformation priorities.

The role requires selling enterprise SaaS solutions, navigating procurement processes, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored public sector solutions. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales outperforming in Public Sector Netherlands.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS to Local Government bodies.
• Strong understanding of municipal/provincial procurement processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline to close.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned to digital transformation priorities.
• Identify, qualify and close opportunities across Salesforce platform products.
• Build executive relationships with CxOs and IT leaders in public sector.
• Forecast pipeline, revenue and renewals, coordinating with partners and teams.
