• Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry with a track record of identifying, developing, and closing deals in the FINS sector, preferably with insurance companies.
• An established network within the insurance industry.
• Passionate about the sales profession.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions with ability to articulate benefits to customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of expanding relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with energy and enthusiasm for growth.
• Positive, proactive attitude driving virtual team energy.
• Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.

• Identify and develop new customers in the insurance industry and act as a trusted digital advisor.
