Job summary

At Atlassian, a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer is sought for a strategic territory, leading technical engagements in complex sales cycles.

You will partner with the Enterprise Sales team, deliver tailored demonstrations, develop PoC environments, and help customers unlock the potential of their teams with Atlassian solutions. Fluent in German and English; occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering for large enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders including executives.
• Proactive, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding communication across formats (oral, written, presentation).
• Curious and technology-driven with knowledge sharing.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored, engaging product demonstrations that address objections and connect capabilities to business goals.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, certifications, and pre-sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive transformation deals and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Build understanding of competitors and articulate Atlassian differentiators in competitive scenarios.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to enhance engagement.
• Be fluent in German and English.
