You will be a product expert in pre-sales, delivering compelling demos and shaping technical and business discussions with executives and managers alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in interacting with customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to rally internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams on Fortune 500 customers to map problems to Atlassian solutions.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand current state and map to Atlassian products.
• Lead value-based demos across multiple stakeholders and explain how solutions unlock team power.
• Guide customers' technical needs to gain buy-in for Atlassian.
• Forge partnerships with account executives and provide feedback to product management.
