This role blends business development with account growth, focusing on converting opportunities and expanding UPS solutions. You will build strategic account plans, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Solutions teams to deliver value.

Competenze

• 4–8 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven revenue growth through new business and account penetration.
• Experience managing a territory with hunting and farming balance.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate insights into growth strategies.

Mansioni

• Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and conversion in the assigned territory.
• Grow and develop existing portfolio by increasing share-of-wallet and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Solutions teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Monitor performance metrics and address challenges to protect customer satisfaction and growth.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM; stay informed on market trends.
