Job summary

Woolsocks - The money app in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive FinTech and loyalty partnerships. You will own the partner network across retail, e-commerce, travel, and services, shaping deals from prospecting to go-live and scaling in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in business development, partnerships or account management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing senior and C-level stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong command of a structured sales process and accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new partnerships across multi-market segments.
• Own a healthy pipeline end-to-end: prioritize opportunities, forecast accurately, and close deals.
• Structure and negotiate complex contracts with fees, incentives, margins, and terms.
• Act as a senior point of contact for partners with credibility at the C-level.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Analytics for onboarding and reporting.
• Drive partner growth through data-driven optimization and promotions.
• Shape the commercial playbook and coach junior colleagues.
