Job summary

WorldFirst, a subsidiary of Ant International, seeks a seasoned Partnership Manager to acquire, manage, and expand partner relationships that introduce clients to our global payment solutions. You will drive referrals and align with internal teams to onboard partners across multiple channels and regions.

The role requires building strong networks with international trade, marketplaces, and ecommerce ecosystems, delivering on ambitious targets in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, Poland, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, ecommerce or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key partner relationships with companies able to introduce clients to WorldFirst.
• Work closely with partners to drive referrals into WorldFirst business, focusing on KPIs of the time.
• Develop partnerships that may include referral or affiliate relationships; stay up-to-date with WorldFirst products to promote to partners and clients.
• Provide feedback to partner network and deliver solutions to help them overcome issues.
• Represent WorldFirst at trade shows, webinars and marketing activities across diverse locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and activate partners successfully.
