Job summary

Finom in Amsterdam is seeking a senior partnerships leader to build and scale our German partner ecosystem from the ground up.

You will own the German market, sign strategic partnerships, design referral programs, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to drive measurable growth and customer acquisition across Europe.

We offer stock options, a Work & Swim program in Cyprus, and flexible remote/hybrid options across Europe.

Qualifications

Native-level German and professional English are compulsory.
3-5 years of work experience in partnerships or business development.
Experience in fintech, financial services or SMEs is a strong plus.
Hunter's mindset: opening doors, building relationships from scratch.
Strong commercial judgment to structure partnerships and negotiate terms.
Self-starter with autonomy in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Prior Start Up / Scale Up experience is a must.
Nice to have Italian or French language skills.

Responsibilities

Own the German market: decide target partners, win and grow them.
Sign deals that become real acquisition channels.
Turn partnerships into growth via referrals, co-marketing, events, integrations.
Build the playbook for partnerships, not follow one.
Be Finom's face in the ecosystem at events and within the fintech/SME scene.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align partner needs with the product.
