Grundfos is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to handle complex inquiries, prepare technical quotations, and mentor team members across Europe. You will play a key role in elevating the customer experience while leveraging your technical and commercial know-how to guide best-in-class service delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong English, Dutch, and French language skills and a proven track record in customer service within technical environments.

Competenze

• 5+ years in customer service, ideally technical/industrial.
• Strong product/process knowledge; SAP CRM proficiency.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

• Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism, speed, and accuracy.
• Prepare technical quotations and offers, ensuring they meet customer requirements and commercial standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM to ensure data quality and process efficiency.
• Support process improvement initiatives and projects that enhance the overall customer experience.
