Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Manager to drive business development and product strategy for Enterprise and Edge AI portfolios. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the server hardware, product management, or business development space.
- Proficient in X86 architectures; knowledge of AI software stack and rack integration is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related fields.
Responsibilities
- GTM & Alignment: Define go-to-market strategies and align local market needs with HQ roadmaps.
- Market Intelligence: Research AI trends and competitive positioning to drive strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Improve solution delivery and lifecycle management processes.
- Sales Acceleration: Collaborate with sales/BD/channels to drive GPU server adoption and ecosystem growth.
- Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities through targeted relationships and travel.
- Market Presence: Lead promotional campaigns and participate in industry events to boost lead generation.
- Project Execution & Landing: Provide technical insights to close complex deals and coordinate deployments.
